TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

  • Juillet Wellness e-certificates are non-refundable and cannot be, resold or redeemed for cash.
  • Recipient’s e-mail address MUST be supplied in e-mail field Shipping Address page. 
  • If the e-certificate has a remaing balance after a service, a store credit will be issued by the spa. The remaing balance can be used to cover taxes and gratuity.

RETURN POLICY

If your purchase was made in store, a refund can be issued in the form of store credit via an e-gift card. Simply contact our Customer Service team by phone at 1-778-379-3323 or by email at info@juilletbeauty.com.

If your purchase was made online, we can offer a refund onto your original method of payment or store credit via an e-gift card. EXCHANGES

Please bring the product and the receipt to your local Juillet Wellness location for exchange. If you do not live near a Juillet Wellness store, please contact our Customer Service team by phone at 1-778-379-3323 or by email at info@juilletbeauty.com., and they will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your free return. Once the product has been received at our warehouse, we will issue you store credit onto an e-gift card.
